It's already available. It was made available on 7th August in India.

That doesn't make it a hoax. You're implying that instead of just being silent, which would have been easier, the official Twitter decided to purposefully mislead their users.

well im officially hating 3UK. the only carrier in uk to NOT update to Cyan. gone back to Update 1. when need downgrade (if i do as had info i dont need to), then ive got a good backup as ive checked when u go backup to update 1, backup is in tact, tested it so it works. 3UK sucks as they told us it WAS READY. even updated on nokia website for others!!! MADNESS!!!
