Latest from 3UK is they apologise but Cyan status for 4G handsets is officially back to under testing and they have absolutely no idea when that'll change.

Just read tweet from 3uk. They've finally approved Cyan for the L925. Over to you Microsoft.

Just because you are not able to get it on your phone doesn't mean I am lying.

It is available on my Lumia 720 (WP8 no dev preview). I will post the screenshots once I finish the update. Currently, it is doing the preparation update.

Cyan update is live for 520 in india.

Doesn't look to be cyan, but rather an update that readies the phone to get WP8.1, atleast thats what it said.... The cogs are in motion will update when it gets done

Once the first update is completed you will get the Cyan update

If anyone is not enrolled in the dev preview and is getting an update then it means OS+firmware should be officially live for that phone and country.
