And 3UK Dont have it. They said it was but on day release, found a "bug" hence delays for 1020

A 'bug' that caused it to 'fail' and be re-submitted for 're-testing' leading to speculation as to exactly what 3 do to their handsets to make them so totally different.

Until now i have seen, every phone which is gettin the update the carriers follow up and its out globally, 920 and 820 are already launched in Europe, shouldn't it follow up too like the rest of devices, why so slow??

I see on the Nokia's official availability page for Europe that Ukraine and Russia didn't get Cyan on any devices so far. Anybody else wondering about that?

If we are talking about Russia, I think that sanctions works perfectly. embargo for all EU goods is embargo for ALL goods.

Latest from 3UK is they apologise but Cyan status for 4G handsets is officially back to under testing and they have absolutely no idea when that'll change.

That's pretty bad - but kudos to 3UK for actually taking some time and goodwill to communicate with their customers instead of blowing them off.

Well I wouldn't give them too much credit as this statement has taken 2 weeks to wheedle out of them and only came on the back of an apology for a patronising '**** off' stylee tweet they sent me and a threat to report them.

Unfortunately I dont think at&t has much of a fire under their **** to be quick. Everytime I tweet them or email its word for word the exact same response. "we're making the update great for all our phones"

Its like poking me in the tummy holding a cooked steak above my head saying "looks yummy huh? Well we didn't put steak sauce on it so its technically not done cooking so sorry you can't have it" -_-

no u are mistaken like others ms told from this week to ten days... Today only the 3rd day...ms India has clarified it in their tweet some have thought in ur way..wait till next Wednesday...next Wednesday is tenth day...hope u are clear....

Hey, give AT&T a break! It takes time to mess stuff up like they do. They're probably trying to figure out how much they can remove and still call it Cyan.

Typical of 3!!! Glad i went back upto update 1. Lovin cortana and folder mergers etc. 3 need get fingers out!!! Always last with stuff 3. Must be very unique our 1020s then lol
