It happened when you are using for update NSU a you have running your phone on WP8.1 PFD. You need to downgrade to WP 8, or you can use Nokia Care Suit and flash your phone with appropriate software. You can try to use NRT recovery tool

No, the 620 is way too underrated as a 6xx series phone.... Just like the Lumia 820. For the specs and the price, they should have been a hit, dunno what happened. :/

whatever the reason but for now L520 is the best which is getting faster update than 920,820,720 &620.

and L620 is always comes at last just like last time.
You do remember that L620 was the last one who Black update.

and I bet this time also L620 is be last.(We will not get cyan before Sept or Oct)

I donot understand what is pfd but one thing for sure i have wp8.0, No DP..... And one thing i restarted my phone just before getting the above error... Now installation almost completed.... Will let everyone know how it goes

People with Indian Lumia 820, plug in your phone to your PC and check for cyan using the Nokia software recovery tool. I think you'll find cyan firmware available.

Is it for developers ?? Coz I can't see any OTA update for my L820?

Same old story for 620......Nokia page says Cyan is available..but phone says up to date.
Remember what had happened during Amber update ...even though nokia page was telling that Amber update was available but most 620 phones got the update after 2 to 3 weeks.
Hope this time it should not repeat for Cyan.....
