Where does it say the update is available?

If u open Nokia software recovery tool and plug in your phone it shows that an update is available. BUT you will lose your data so create a backup first.

Lumia 620 in india installing the cyan firmware directly through Software Recovery tool! its 3058.50000.1425.0001! Can anybody confirm whether this is the official Cyan???
Edit: I was on DP 8.1.1! i thought of downgrading wen i saw in twitter that 620 got the update but wen i plugged in my phone it already had the latest Cyan! So anyone on DP please install through Nokia Software Recovery tool!
Note: You will lose ur personal data so be sure to make a backup!
