Somebody should ping them on twitter. Although I don't use twitter. Atleast there should be some reason for the update to br releases in Cambodia but not India..

Well, that's why I got tired of waiting for EE (after Black) and debranded my phone. Now I'm enjoying Cyan + Update 1.

for Nokia 525 users: i downloaded Nokia software recovery tool, i connected my phone and then the NSRT said i can update my software! click install wait about 20 minutes an then there it is.Go to extras + info in settings to see this

It is the big joke and it will be always for 620 users from Nokia...Remember the last two software updates for 620 .
Site says it is available but OTA update are still not released . As of now you can only upgrade through NSRT by losing your all phone data.

Only my NL820 and NL525 did not have Cyan Updates (India) except these 2 models, all getting Cyan Updates :crying:

Agree. We have to live with it.anyway Nokia screwed 820 camera with black update.so cyan no use.

who said so? cyan moves all apps to sd card,better UI, cortana and lots of things... Nobody would wait this much for an update, its the features that's making people want it...

Hey am on dp 8.1 I think cyan is same as dp 8.1 for lumia 820 atleast not for high end like lumia 1520 or lumia 930.

Cyan WP 8.1 Developer Preview, it can never be the same. Cyan is the firmware (OS drivers) while WP8.1 is the OS itself. The OS enables you to use most of the new features (example apps to SD card), Cyan does not. If one is not enrolled in Developer Preview, then their only way to get Cyan is after or with WP 8.1 OS update which is bundled with it. So as long as anyone gets the WP 8.1 OS update they should be able to enjoy most of the WP 8.1 features

no downgrade, just start NSRT and it'll do all for you...
