I think it's available for many regions, not just two. Some Indian users also reported the update.

Here it is. Lumia Cyan on my 1520. It took 2.5 hours to install the entire update.

Somehow, I am not able to embed the image. I am using Windows 8 desktop IE. I will try tomorrow again with another browser. Its already very late and I have to go to work tomorrow. The version is: 8.10.12397.895.

Yes, if you have DP, you must downgrade to 8.0
