Travel to Japan - offline map download question

Hey all! I'm travelling to Tokyo this weekend from London. Trying to download offline maps but can't seen to find Japan in the offline maps anywhere. Anyone got any ideas?

Last time I checked, Here does not provide offline maps for Japan, neither does it work on cellular
