Trouble in downloading W10M 10586.71 to Lumia 520

I am trying to download Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.71 in my Lumia 520. I am
already in the Insider preview since few weeks.
When updating today,
I am getting the error: Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later.
Error Code: (0x80070570)
Retry.

But the error repeats even if I click on Retry.

What could be done?

try a soft reset and then check for updates again
Or try later as the error message says-possibly a day later

I tried after a day.
I was able to download the update but failed to install in the Phone.
While restarting, the Phone is showing a :-( Sad smiley. Did not change even though I have restarted the phone several times.
I had to roll back to WP 8.1. It was a waste of lot of data (internet usage).

Wait for a free wifi location, some file went corrupted during download by data carrier. .71 works fine on my 520
