Two Identical 640s With Different Settings?

I've just noticed that my wife and I both having 640s have this exact problem. She couldn't figure out why some screens, particularly in Edge didn't look the same as on my phone. We started looking at things and realised they were different in font size though they both were at recommended 200%. Not only that but she has options I don't have. The weird thing is that they were BOTH ATT Pay As You Go phones and they both had the exact same thing done to them...
- turned on to SIM unlock with no data connection
- SIM added, flashed to the same Argentina unbranded ROM
- updated to Windows 1 without allowing the phone to do any updating at all other than that

Can someone tell me why we're seeing things differently despite these being essentially carbon copies of each other? Thanks!

Hi there have you consider if the phone was dropped and scream is damaged if not try to reset the phone to factory settings
