Use the transfer my data app on you windows phone. It transfers contacts by Bluetooth and will save multiple contacts. your contacts will be linked to an email account so that they are automatically backed up.

Hey guys,
I cannot find a large vedio file which I got via Bluetooth. I have searched it in saved imeges and its still not there. How can I get the vedio back or delete it without formatting phone memory.bcz it has 1gb of my phone memory. This is freaking me out. Please help me.

check - Gallery/Photos > Saved Images > Your Video
Only video with supported by 'inbuilt player' are shown here.
the video with extension .mkv, .flv, .mp4v....etc are not shown and directly moved to temporary files(u can only just view once at the time received - shown tap to view file-use moliplayer/ moliplayer pro )

Check suppoted files for ur model in site. u can see 'a covertion optionwindow' if the same file is copied through usb cable . just pray to add more supporting codex for inbuilt player...
( if using moliplayer, just copy video using usb cable(no convertion)- u can see that all video files listed on it -play & enjoy )

Hi it's true. I have lumia 1020 with same problem. How to delete it from my phone memory. Please help !!!
