Unable to uninstall some apps in all apps list

For example in my screenshot below I can't uninstall Ebay and Facebook Beta. I have a few other apps that are in this state as well. I've tried almost everything except for a factory reset and recovery. Any know how to get these apps removed from the list?

Go to Settings, Storage, Apps, search both in Phone than SD if you got it.
You'll find apps there: uninstall holding tap on them

They aren't there, they must be uninstalled but bugged on the app list.

Good, go directly in Store, reinstall then uninstall
