Unlocked Verizon phone used in Nicaragua. When do I get Cyan?

Ok, Lumia cyan it's coming, but we have to wait our carries approval, but I live in Nicaragua, my Lumia 822 have been with me since I came, so what? It's unlocked and as you know is from Verizon though, in Nicaragua my provider is Claro Nicaragua, so I'll get limits cyan when Verizon app approves it or my carrier here! Although I have preview for developers, but want to know that!

You'll get it when the phone's original carrier releases it, which I believe in your case is Claro, if that's where it originated from.

I suppose your Lumia 822, despite from being unlocked, might have a verizon wireless firmware. so yeah, if that is the case then you will recieve the update when verizon approves it.

An originally AT&T device with the original AT&T firmware will only get its update from AT&T regardless of current carrier.
My AT&T 920 has been flashed to a French unbranded ROM. (It acts as if it was bought unlocked in France) The firmware isn't tied to a carrier, so it gets updates direct despite being on AT&T service.
Your 822 only came in Verizon, so there's only one firmware, if I understand right, so your update will come from Verizon.
