UPDATE ERROR : Cant update to 10166 build from 10149

I am unable to update my lumia 720 from 10149 build to 10166. [FAST RING MEMBER]

The whole update is downloaded in my phone then after the update installation gets failed .. then i get to see this error message .
i have already done hard reset .
this is my 3rd time iam seeing the error message .

please help me with this error

Rollback to 8.1, I'd say a migration path between preview builds isn't properly tested.

That is because for the next 1 or 2 days the update is suspended to all. You will get it later this week.

Jithin ... Commenting here since you are using a Lumia 720 ... On build 10149 ... are your apps on the SD card always available ? My phone randomly shows the apps on SD card as unavailable. Storage Sense live tile has wrong data as well
