updating (date and time error) error 80072f8f

hello everyone
i live in India i bought my lumia 638 and updated to developer preview build by settings my country to USA and after one critical update my phone is unable to check for update and is showing 80072f8f error which is a time and date error .. please suggest me what should I do?? what region or time zone or time should i set ??

Try doing a soft reset also.

Have same issue on my 928. I'm considering recovery tool

Lumia 820. Same thing.
I tried all the Region / Date+time tricks + more than 10 soft resets already... No solution yet.
Hope someone figures it out.

Btw, I was on build 512 but had to roll back a week ago to 8.1 (I never had an issue updating with same regional and date/time settings.
