Updating to build 10536.1004 is very frustrating..

I managed to download the first update but after installation, my phone showed black screen with signal, wifi, and battery icons only. I downgraded the OS three times but still no luck up to this moment. :unhappy: It's now stuck at 6% for hours and displaying an error 'You need to connect to Wi-Fi to download the update' but my internet connection is good.. Tried to soft reset many times but still no luck. :unhappy: Any idea guys?

Well, it is highly suggestible to use Wi-Fi no matter how fast your network data is ...

Hmmm, that's quite strange, I also got it directly from 8.1, pretty fast and without a single problem, network speed is around 15Mb/s...

Use windows recovery tool and roll back to 8.1 . I would suggest upgrading from 8.1 , this method you only need to do one update rather then upgrading from 10 preview you have to go through two of the builds that had those major bugs, I updated straight from 8.1 and had no issues other than the fact the update took 3 hours but still no real issues.
