Using play to under charms bar, problem with connected devices not windows certified?

Hi!

If i try to use Play To to show i.e. a picture on my tv, it just says that the device is not windows certified and its not usable, even though it works with play to on my 1020. Same goes for my yamaha rx-v775.

Is it any way to force the surface 2 to accept my tv as a "play to device"?
