Video and image resolution settings for Lumia 640 LTE

Hi all,
I'm new here. I just bought a Lumia 640 LTE and would like to the change the resolution settings to 1280x720 and 4:3. Right now they're 1920x1080 and 16x9. Can this be done?
Any help is appreciated.
