VLC for windows phone. Dream can't be true.

Videolan is reporting about VLC for windows phone since last year but where is that? We will provide our users to Error free, bug free and hassle free app. But nothing instead of Screenshots on Twitter. Feeling annoyed.

It will get there. It's just taking them longer since they're making old code run on WinRT.

I'm still surprised people are waiting for VLC Player. They will keep postponing till eternity, so don't keep your hopes hi..just move forward and seek other options.

Only one option available in store and I don't think that spending 3 dollar would be great idea which is the only substitute of VLC

Change your region to China.. Search MoliPlayer (free version only for China) .. Download it.. You won't have to give $3 dollar for pro version. .. And VLC comes later!

Then I guess you don't really need it. I bought it, and I use it ever since to watch South Park, Dual Survival and other series, with perfect subtitles. Never had files that could not be opened. Really a great app, I don't need VLC at all.

There was an article on the front page about this fairly recently. The WP app is in development but is a bit off. The Windows 8.1 app is going to be released soon if memory serves.
