ATT Lumia 1020 on T-Mobile's network running 10166. After hard reset everything works fine...except:

1. Data doesn't work...even though it shows bars, refers to an 'access point' issue that I'm not sure how to approach.
2. Every other time start screen will take forever (infinity) to load.

Any suggestions?

I've had the build for a while and have been mostly pleased with it. But recently, Netflix won't launch anymore. It will show the Netflix logo for several seconds and then just close. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Weird how it worked fine for weeks and suddenly stopped working.

Hi All.
Photos app problem. I have the link to folder with photos in OneDrive folder. I can see these photos in Photos on my phone. There was Some photos with wrong dates and I've fixed this infomation on my PC (2019 year → 2009). But I can't see any changes in app on my phone. Refresh icon in application was active a long time many times. But no changes.
Photos app on my PC refreshed ok.

I've recently upgraded my Lumia 640 to 10 then carried out a hard reset.
Only problems I've encountered up to now are:

Bluetooth keeps dropping connection to headset when in driving mode?
All ringtone genre's were blanked (Zune restored this)?
After upgrade and then the subsequent hard reset I lost half my 'Extras' menu entries?
No 'Glance' option although I don't use it anyway, was there before hard reset now completely disappeared?

Battery life great, on a par with 8.1, 2500mah battery gives me 2 full days (24/7) or 3 if I toggle airplane mode when sleeping.
No issues with touch, speed is very impressive, no lag.
Cortana better than 8.1 when using headset to call contacts, doesn't throw as many wobblers or throw up the wrong contacts anymore.

I am using a Lumia 1520 and the same thing happened to my Facebook app......it was working great and now will not start.

I have been using this build since it launched and now the non responsive screen bug is getting more frequent. Specially on calls.

The store has become quite buggy as well. Searching and accessing the downloads page crashes it.

Been getting this a lot lately. As well as the loading bug on the start screen, among MANY other problems.

I had the same problem on my 1520 and the Window's Recovery tool fixed my problem and I was able to update successfully.

Anyone have a fix on the no notifications on receiving messages and whatsapp?i have to check my phone everytime doesnt make a sound when receiving

Hi.
I can't send or receive message, also mobile data can't be activated, the H simbol won't appeared although it still on the screen if I scroll down the action centre, I have try to reset trough 'about' option, but the problems still remain.

I'm using 625.

Photos taken with the camera do,not seem to be uploading to onedrive. Is this a known issue?

Help! I can't uninstall any apps! When I restarts my phone, the uninstalled apps turn back from the death and just stay on the app list.
And it seems like I can't hard reset :
+ when I choose to hard reset my phone from the settings app, it restarts like a normal cycle: just the same like the pre-reset stuff, nothing changed. the buttons way to hard reset can't solve anything too.
+ even when I plug in my PC to reinstall firmware, it says error and my phone still like normal state, nothing changed..

Hi,

My Lumia 1520 is working fine on Build 10166. The only major problem I have with the Photos app.
1) albums stored in sd card's Pictures folder are not showing up in 'albums' tab. I can see all photos in the collection tab.
2) My one-drive albums are not showing up either. I am logged in correctly.

Has anyone else faced this and has a work around?

Dear,
even after installing the beta and reporting errors same app has been updated twice thru store - what for? I knew and I was ready to take trouble but not at the cost of my production (definitely u will ask MS did not force me to install it!!). Don't you expect today's version to be better than yesterday's? Then why after updating, the battery started draining? Why apps in background not closing? MS should not have destroyed the working condition to put users in trouble.
Anyway, I was forced to return to 8.1.:devil:

Hi guys,having problems uploading photos to Facebook. Using 10.166 and WiFi wtc is strong. Have tried 6 times and failed. Can anybody shed any light??

I don't know if this has been posted before, but I am unable to change the sounds my phone makes for Text Messaging or Facebook Messaging. When i go to settings/personalization/sounds there is no option for changing any sounds.

No. You need go to setting - system - notification action. Click on apps name.

Does anyone have the problem of sharing photos from the photos App?? For eg. I select share option and a list of possibilities come up. However when I try and scroll through choices the screen goes blank

I have had the touchscreen become inactive and I can't unlock the phone. Had to reset using power and volume down button.

I have this issue happen as well 3-4 times a day.
I also have an issue with photos never auto-uploading to onedrive, random app crashes and a couple that wont start at all.
I have performed a Soft and Hard reset but these issues still persist.

I do like this build very much though, even with the few issues i have had. I have had next to no issues with phone and text messaging.
