I have a 930 on W8.1 and the store doesn't have the Upgrade Advisor in the Store. Where did you get the App?

I think there are 2, one is the old update advisor with the broom icon and the new beta upgrade advisor which is not available to all

I found it through google, in an aarticle linking to it.

Although its set to private which won't come up in the windows store if you look it up yourself.

And right now its in beta and need to have permission to install it - I tried and failed.

I'm sure it will show eventually soon.
