I am at a loss as to why anyone would think it to be a clever idea to direct threads about whether there are any specific issues with the update with specific phones to one central thread. Do you really think it is convenient (or in any way efficient) to force people to have to wade through ten pages of comments to see if they can find one for the 928? Why exactly do you have individual device forums? By this logic, all should be dumped into one WP8 forum since all devices are running the same OS. The free for all over in the CB forums may be a mess in its own right, but the overly restrictive forum police approach here is no better.
