So the other, day I was driving around town with the GF, and as usual, we got ourselves into conversation, that led to me paying less attention to the road. Seconds after, there was a radar, there was a patrol, and I was driving above the speed limit. How much? I've got no clue, but I just hope it wasn't 20+ over, since that's a pretty nice fine and a month without a driving's licence.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you won't get a ticket and a suspension.

In a big company it takes a lot to be noticed. So be sure to branch out and get to know other people in other areas.

The reason for this is simple. Sometimes the area you're working in has limited opportunity for progression. If progression is what you want then you need to network in the company. You cannot hope and wait for things to change. You have to make them change.

Large companies typically have opportunities for internal networking. All the ones I worked for did.

Here's a simple tip.

You can work anywhere and have a job. It takes your interest to have a career. No company will hand you a career. That's up to you.

Lastly, sometimes a job is nothing but an opportunity for experience. You may decide you don't like the place but the experience and the company name on your resume is good to have. Sweat it out, get the experience, then move on.

Don't ever feel stuck. That's the worst position to be in.

Exactly. He doesn't lie, just uses alternative facts and Trumpisms. He's got a a massive political ******** for authoritarian regimes because it reminds of his business where he gets to run it as he sees fits.

He still hasn't accepted the idea that you cannot run the US government the same way he ran his business. That's not stopping him from trying though...

If 45 had his way he'd be the beginning of a dynasty.

He's doing everything he can to convert the US to a dictatorship.

That's the scary part of the whole thing and worse his fan base is going along for the ride because... I have no idea...

I just hope, hope, there is a change in November but he has five months to make a mess of things before that. Then another two years to really screw up the country...

I am now trying to see if I can qualify elite on American and Delta as well. Already have 60K miles flown for this year. Ugh.
