Mi Mix 3 looks really good! Pity it's not water resistant. I wonder if you can use the rear camera without triggering the slider (my guess is probably not). If it can do that, I'll upgrade from my Mix 2 next year for sure.

A few notes on the Oppo R15.
Beautiful hardware and design. The glass back is amazing but is an absolute smudge fest of epic proportions. This version has the Chinese Color OS and there isn't anyway to get rid of the Chinese language stuff and apps despite selecting English as the default language. And since this is a Snapdragon version I have no easy way to put the Global Australian ROM on it :-(

Took me a while but I have Play Store and Google services including voice search running on the Oppo R15 now. The screen is gorgeous. The audio output from the headphone jack is amazing. The micro USB port is a downer but the factory 5V 4A charging brick charges the phone quite fast. The FPS and face unlock are working great.

This week has been a roller coaster of feels and stress. I had a close call with my paper but trying to avoid that for the next one.

I don't even know what classes I'm taking next semester. It's one thing to have a plan and another for none of the classes you planned to take to be offered :/

Yeah the work travel is getting nuts.
Off to Dallas on Monday and then to Salt Lake City on Tuesday.

I still have one trip to Michigan and Boston left.
At least one trip to Costa Rica and 90% sure a trip to India as well.

And we're thinking of going to Australia for December.
