For all the football fans in the house, I cannot remember ever seeing both title games go to OT. I'd like to see a Rams v Chiefs match up, even though I wouldn't care who won.

Other than it being a stepside from the Nokia 8?

It's supposedly Android One, which in theory means better updates. But it just got 9.0. The design is nice, fixed storage sucks, and the camera is the same as the 7.1+, which is mid range (quite solid). No headphone jack, Samsung S6 Edge type ergonomics.

Basically, it depends on the price you can get it at. XZ2 is still a bit better for my taste.

It wasn't for me. I'm still undecided on what I would buy.

Yes I noticed the price of that phone is a bit ridiculous but I did see some bargains around.

I was curious if the update fixed any of the issues that it apparently had. I read the tech radar review on it that wasn't overly positive about it but appeared honest.

I hear you! Whether it's tech, food or anything else, if I like something it's bound to be discontinued by its manufacturer.

In my case, the tech gadget I like the most that has gone away for the most part is the Android tablet.

Funny my wife says the same thing about all the stuff she likes. Regardless what it is.

Funny how that seems to be a trend. I think some manufacturers just do new because they think they have to.

I own one for one simple reason. In my line of work, it's impolite to be constantly pulling out my phone to check the time and manage notifications just sucks. So I figured I'd get one to help manage both.

I just chuckle as it seems that all the stuff I like is going down the tubes.

Well to put it bluntly buying a smart watch would be used to check time basically. I don't get that many notifications and I don't need it for much else.

Hence the issue.

I can relate to this so much. Not necessarily with smart watches (they aren't for me) but with tablets and other "portable" devices that aren't phones. It's hard to justify for my use case.

I think having to make yourself try to use something kinda sucks.

Silly observation today.

If you put in a shopping centre Then place several large companies near it. Make it a transit hub and have a local population you basically will have the same mix of people pretty at lunch time anywhere in the world.

I did say it was silly...

I don't know what the fashion trends are elsewhere but here in France 'skinny' is in. For all genders.

Skinny pants, tops, etc.

Was interesting to go shopping for clothes. Glad I lost some weight beforehand. Just need to keep it off now.

So I saw the XZ2 and XZ3 in person. Not bad looking. I also saw a whole bunch of other phones as well.

Noticed they all look the same.

Not sure what I think of that.

I guess we're at a plateau?
