So I saw the XZ2 and XZ3 in person. Not bad looking. I also saw a whole bunch of other phones as well.

Noticed they all look the same.

Not sure what I think of that.

Yup. The market has stated that glass sandwiches are en vogue. It's why people have to really think about what they want in terms of features a d whose software (UI and support) best fits their needs.

So here's a picture of my work from the 'front'. As you can see it's quite large. It. Takes up the whole street on the one side.

It's pretty much impossible to get the whole thing in. Probably the best I'll get.

Need a wider angle here to maybe grab everything. Looks like a typically clean corporation building. Never really worked in any of those.

Well to put it bluntly buying a smart watch would be used to check time basically. I don't get that many notifications and I don't need it for much else.

Hence the issue.

Well, I also use mine as a secondary fitness tracking back up to my Fibit. The problem with Wear OS has always been the SoC, which is akin to the views about women DJT grew up with (old and not very good).

Design wise, Fossil has shown they can make a good looking watch. OS wise, Wear OS is solid. Hardware wise, it's behind the 8-ball.

It's a nice building in general. No real way to capture the whole thing. I'll try to capture the other side as it's on a major road.

It's design is a bit different than what I've worked in the past. Hard to make out in the picture but it's got four sections that jut out and then one long rectangle that joins everything. There's also some other features like walkways and terraces.

I'm a Brexit refugee... Like many EU citizens who either returned to their country of origin or went somewhere else.

The Brexiter is from a part of the country that voted decisively leave. When he started talking nonsense I decided that I wouldn't bring up that topic again otherwise I'll lose it.

I should clarify the refugee idea.

Many EU citizens went to the UK, worked, lived, loved, etc. To suddenly change from what seemed like an inclusive society to a hostile one in which you were no longer welcome had given many a reason to want to leave. Those that can easily are doing so. Like me and my wife.

To be clear, it is hostile. I'm not making that up at all, unfortunately and it isn't confined to any particular area either.

I knew the UK was always hostile, which is why I never moved there...even though I wanted to.

Apparently it was 'subdued' but allowed out now because Brexit... I didn't know much about their attitude but it's quite apparent now. They are a bit weird about a few things. Not sure if it's a European thing in general or just them though.

Not sure it would work... Building is about 80 - 100 meters long.
