WC 1M Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Well, the saga is over. She was able to get the carrier version for the $700 (plus tax). What a headache it was getting to be.

Ahh, that's good that this is over. I hope she'll enjoy the new phone and I'm curious how the transition from the Note 5 to the S10+ will feel for her.

It'll be fine as she has a Tab S5e - the new UI isn't new for her. She'll appreciate the updates to the camera as surprisingly, the Note 5 hasn't aged badly there, outside of selfies. She'll appreciate the better battery life. The UDFPS shouldn't be too bad, as she is used to the finicky one from the Note 5.

She likely won't change it for another few years.
Moto Milestone to Moto Droid Bionic to Galaxy S4 to Note 5 to S10+ have been the phone she's used since I met her 10 years ago.

Looks like I will have to make some serious changes in 2020. Some people won't like them, some things I like will have to go...

...still, necessity is the mother of invention. It's time to make those necessary changes.
Good luck with everything. I hope these changes will provide the positive outcomes you need.

I'm using the default OneUI 2.0/10 launcher, and the gestures are very intuitive to me. I have no onscreen buttons but I'm using gestures alone.

As a person who's gone through a lot of change in the last 16 years I can only say this.

Change is always an emotional rollercoaster.

Change is risky and depending on the level of change, scary.

It's also exciting, invigorating and hopeful.

I'm more optimistic about personal change in general.

I'm still going through several emotions as my new job creeps ever closer. The time off has helped and not helped. If you know what I mean.

We're currently having sunny but cold weather here. It's almost 10am and 1`C only, high of 7`C today.

The deception is always amusing. You see a beautiful sunny day and the sun feels a bit warm.

Then you step outside...

I went to a sculpture museum yesterday. I'll post pics later. But there was a nice view towards the Eiffel Tower. I like taking pictures of it to remind me of where I am.

Though the buildings in general do help... I'm currently in a more built up area, still in the defined area of Paris, there's not many of those classic Paris buildings around. A lot of people don't realise that those more classic buildings are towards the centre and get less as you move away. More modern buildings take their place that are also higher.DSC_0326-01.jpg

Monday...i see you're here. Don't get too comfortable with the idea of making my day miserable during your current visit.

Unbeaten, relentless... but the one trophy we want is the league champions... hopefully it done and dusted in April 2020..
