This May is going to be packed for me. In the next three weeks I have 8 tests, 5 homeworks (these are 10% of the grade), 3-4 lab reports (even though I'm nowhere near a lab, that's why I need a damn Matlab) and to finnish a second part of my project.

All this while attending online lectures and practices.

This is what I've been reffering to when I was mentioning idiots in our college staff.
You got this, man. Get your grind on and pump out the grades you want.

Things are starting to go back to normal here. Ladies haven't been this happy in months, finally getting their hair done.

Caffes are to reopen on 15th, I'm tempted to for a coffe, but I think you'll understand my concerns.

Religious gatherings are allowed again. This combined with beauty saloons + religious meetings + caffes (if you didn't know, we have more than 40% unemployment rate but our pubs are always full) doesn't promise a happy future to me.
This lady feels for the ladies there. I wouldn't give my life for it though but if I could do my hair safely, I'll be so good

Really enjoying the V50 so far. First LG in a long time I can just use because the battery is big enough.

As much as they punted last year, LG still does a nice job from an engineering perspective. The flush feeling on both the V50 & G8 was very good. It's kinda why I wish they had tuned the G8's screen better to max out that battery.

I'd love to put it through its paces post COVID-19. I like what I see in the camera so far. Plus, this is the last LG with all the good audio licenses. In the V60, they cut costs with some of the more audiophile focused file formats that were licensed. It still crushes everything else in a smartphone, but I wanted the last kitchen sink option.

I'm glad to hear that it's been a good experience for you. Yay that the battery is also doing it for you.

So the new surface book 3 is out. I really like the surface line and would be inclined to get one. The problem is that the configuration I want is stupidly expense. The laptop 3 is miles more than the Envy 13T and I don't think it offers enough to justify the price difference.

I did love the surface book 2 and it is MacBook money $2500 for the configuration I want.

Thanks. I'm already used to this cluster f of a college, nothing new. Just need to put it into fifth.
As fun as college is outside of the classroom, you need to get your degree in the best possible grades and get the hell out.

It is why I used to tell students that your degree counts as no job is going to care about your party skills. College is about balancing the fun stuff outside of the classroom and handling your business inside the classroom.

I've been looking at MS's Surface lineup for years now. It's just too damn expensive, especially here.

Have you looked at Dell's XPS 13 or 15? They can be cheaper.

That's true and I totally agree. I haven't really had much distractions other than my GF, but, that really isn't the same.

Was lucky enough that I got bored with alcohol and partying and never shown any interest in drugs. Something that I see is bothering many of my colleagues. And gambling as well.

Yeah, I seen the Dell lines. They're solid. Had a Dell in college as my first laptop and a Dell as my first desktop. They had a silent recall in my desktop I wasn't eligible for and built my first bare bone kit from that.

Want to try other brands. The Lenovo Flex 14 has been good so far, although some parts of it is cheap.

The Surface book 3 in the configuration I'd lust at is way better value. For $2500, a 13.5" screen, 512GB SSD +32GB RAM +10th Gen i7 is better than the previous 512GB SSD + 16GB RAM + 8th Gen i7.

Serious power and serious expense.

Going for that power just for sh*** and giggles, or you actually need it?
Man that thing would ran Simulink like it's nothing.

News came in from our student representatives, that the college wants us to start having lab practices starting May 15th. Nothing official yet, there'll be voting, but I'm pretty sure they'll pass the decision.

I give the shoe thrower credit - quick release and quick reload.

That’s the Dan Marino of the shoe throwing world with that quick release. I’ll also give W credit for standing there like a man and just ducking. Your uncle would have dove under the podium and screamed like a bi*ch.

Nah man, I ain't buying that. Just using it as an example to say why buying the new surface book 3 is better value than the surface book 2.

I just want what I have in the Flex 14: 10th Gen i7 +512 GB SSD and 16GB RAM. The surface laptop 3 13.5" to get those specs is way more expensive than the Envy 13T. To me the extras don't justify the price difference. If they were the same price, I'd get the Surface. Otherwise it's the HP.

He'd have put his son in law in the way to block it.

Fun follow up, the shoe thrower ran for public office last year in Iraq!?

I saw something where some blonde threw at shoe at Hillary years later. Girl had pace but no aim. Not sure what was worse - the thrower's aim or Hillary's reaction to duck 10 seconds after the shoe had passed.

At least the Iraqi journalist was accurate.

Well you did say blonde. The prosecution rests.

Music has certainly changed. Got lots of ladies in the commercial style lanes singing about heartbreak in a more raw and curt manner. Been listening to some Halsey, Jhene Aiko and Jessie Reyez recently. More power to them with that level of vulnerability in their music, but these exes they sing about really bent them out of shape.

Sometimes guys can be cruel, and girls can be vicious when the shoe's on the other foot. Love can really be a battlefield at times.

They have been doing it long time ago... the last two album was all about heartache, breakups, sadness... They sound so good, none of that auto-tune bs
