I get it. Cops had to be cautious when you get a call about suspicious person on private property.

But this is what brown people deal with all the time. Especially when a "lilly white woman's knickers are ruffled by the slightest uncomfortable breeze", there's always the lean into the "defend me as I'm the prize" bit. Notice it was likely her and not the dummy walking alongside her that called the cops.

I know. Something similar happend just a few days ago.

I have to be honest. Before any of this, I had no idea how the situation for people of colour has been in the US. I knew it was bad, but this. No words.

Not just me. The 6'clock news just came out saying it's AT&T, Verizon and some Sprint customers too. A friend in Hotlanta is down as well so it must be a Southeast thing. I'd check with my boy in Princeton to see if Jersey is affected but that sumbitch never answers his phone.

Yeah. Not too sure. I was just fine on the calls I made this afternoon and no data issues.

What I HAVE noticed on the Pixel the last two days with the Bluetooth audio connected it has defaulted to the phone and not the headset.

Well, the Pixel is going really get tested today. We'll see how it does.

The Pixel did OK. Battery anxiety was there though. It wasn't as good as the V50...not even close. Plus I didn't like how the screen fared in direct sunlight. Also, as nice as the one camera is, I missed the lack of flexibility because of the lack of a wide angle. And this weird issue of calls defaulting to phone audio with the Bluetooth headset connected.

It's still a good phone and a treat to use. Still plan to leave the SIM in it for a while. Overall, if I had to pick between it and the V50 for a solo driver, my answer is clear.
