Right now I'd take your sh**ty commute and long Monday over what I'm going through.Long Monday. ****ty commute headed from work. Bad weather.
My favorite way to start a new week.
Sir, if i could snap a finger to improve your situation, I would.Right now I'd take your sh**ty commute and long Monday over what I'm going through.
It hit the list for the camera and the battery.
I would have considered one a while back but it was too expensive. See, because I have a Pixel I can still see what Google does OS wise for the next 2+ years first (which is why I won't sell it). So now I'm a bit more OK with going after the features I like again.Ah okay, that makes a lot of sense actually.
So phones wise, my list is what it is because:
The Key 2 is at the bottom of the list, not because I don't want to try one, but I want something with ingress protection. Plus, with work how it is now, I'm not going to have time use the keyboard in the way I'd want.
The top pick would be the V35+. V30 design, 128GB internal storage, headphone jack, SD support (the G7's camera) and Qi. Problem is, LG is having you pay out of the nose for the V35 unlocked.
Mate 10 Pro is on the list as I like the camera and the battery. I didn't like the screen when I saw it for some reason, but could suck it up. Always liked the monochrome sensors.
The G7 is the more practical LG choice, as frankly, it ain't gonna sell better than the G6. So I take a design I like a little less, a little less RAM for the new Boom box (that I won't use much) and a super bright display at a price that's way cheaper than the V35 unlocked.
Good thing in not trying to buy anything now. Oh, I'll still keep the Pixel and Mix 2 if I add one or two phones from this list in the fall.
Yeah...sadly the Key 2 is out.It sounds like you eliminated one. Sometimes it is a bummer to have to make the honest choice, but the good thing is that you have time on your side and hopefully that will come with a price drop.
Ooh I'm jealous that you saw one in real life!I saw an Andy's phone in white on the train today...man, what a polarizing device. I'll always have mixed feelings about it.
See, I get why you picked the Note 4...but if size wasn't an issue, there are a ton of choices in the bargain bin. Sounds like you may need to get an extra battery (or get new ones) to see.Ooh I'm jealous that you saw one in real life!
That's totally understandable. It's such a unique device. If I knew that Amazon would sell it for $250, I would have gotten that over the Note 4 I have. I like the Note but the standby battery life is terrible, even with airplane mode on.

It was easy for me, actually. I really wanted to use and own a Key 2. I just realized that I'm not on my phone in the days as much over the past year since the new job. So while I'd love to have the dedicated keyboard, the current price and some of the options I can choose (carrier branded G7, Mate 10 Pro) that are cheaper and closer to what I want bumped it off the list.I know this must have been a hard decision, as I can imagine how that felt for you. I feel similarly about the XZ2 Compact. My soul still wants one but I know it doesn't make sense.

Now, if I didn't have a Pixel 2, HTC 10, 950 XL, and Mix 2, then I would have added a Key 2. At this point, I want two devices I can actively use for different reasons.
Yeah, I'm doing that right now. The Pixel as the daily driver and the Mix 2 as the tablet replacement for the Z3TC.Gotcha. This makes a lot of sense and I can picture you doing this very easily.
Not surprising. Since you're a car person, you should watch the documentary on why the emissions law in Cali are that strict...and how VW got caught cheating.I thought this was a good article https://arstechnica.com/cars/2018/0...issions-standards-power/?comments=1&start=120
