WC 1M Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Re: WC 150K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Wow. Just watched a video from a gal I'm subscribed to reading her journal from 7 years ago and comparing herself to that now and there's such growth.

I decided to do the same (not really the same timeframe but the same month of the year when I was going through similar things) and the growth is wow. I'm amazed. It's really easy to forget about the growth in the day to day. Glad that I wrote it down.

Too many data breaches. Looks like there are more claims to go fill out.

Re: WC 150K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

I've been having the ****iest time with AutoCAD lately and I know it's mostly due to the compute I'm using.

Vacation can't come quick enough.

Type of day I'm having....

Locked out of my computer because it wouldn't let me change my password. Been trying to do it for the last few days.

Yeah it's going well...

Ugh this sounds annoying.

Just found out they sent out an email (which didn't receive and have it posted on their Intranet news page, which I can't see) saying the password attributes have changed. Instead of 8 characters it's now 12. The rest of the requirements were the same.

No wonder I couldn't change it... All fixed now.

Thank goodness! Wow 12 characters is a lot...

I had no idea what new one you meant until now. Ugh.
It's getting ridiculous, really. Instead of robbing banks for cash the old school way, seems like that got replaced by cyber attacking the banks for clients sensitive information.

Re: WC 150K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Went back to check on my old house after being for months.
The invasion of the house was complete albeit not overwhelming.
It's a sad sight to see a garden over run by weeds.
The floor has been dirtied by cockcroaches. Yikes.
Anyone who have been to this part of the world would know about sharing the house with lizards on the ceiling!!
And those pesky daddy long-legs/cellar spiders. How does one actually rid of them without resorting to chemical pesticides? We have tried spraying enzyme solutions and citronella extracts but it's not quite effective.

Spiders are handy to have to keep the flying bugs down...

Apparently vinegar and water is enough to kill most spiders and eucalyptus leaves is a deterrent. I haven't tried either. I typically vacuum them up or help them outside when I want to get rid of them.

I remember in Australia the cockroaches were difficult but the ants were a right pain to get rid of.

Speaking of weeds we need to head back to our farm to do the gardening and some other bits but we're hoping to go down when there's a reason to.

After our vacation is the current plan.

Yeah same in Australia. They're big and they fly. Also a real pain to kill.

Those are the flat ones that live in the most narrow of places that feels like you need to shoot them to kill them.

The Palmetto cockroaches in Florida are the most disgusting kind I've seen so far.

The wife hates them more than I hate 45. At least 45 doesn’t fly at me in the middle of the night while grabbing a drink of water.
