This a view of some parisian rooftops that I captured from my balcony using HDR Camera app with my Lumia 930. There was a storm coming which explains the deep blue mixing with the clouds.
I adjusted with the settings options that are available in the camera app.

This photo was taken with my Nokia Lumia 1020 handheld using HDR Photo Camera app (edit in Lightroom) from the balcony at Tate Modern Museum. It was quite fitting after the viewing the iconic Richard Hamilton Exhibition, now inspired and imagining what they could have done with undoubted technological improvements and portability of current cameras.

Noticing this week contest I went back searching for one of the HDR pictures I took with my Lumia 1020 and I end up selecting this one, taken this summer in Berlin. My intention was, of course, not to win , but just to demo the capabilities of the app. Then, for my pleasant surprise, I saw that there were many submissions with better pictures then mine. Thank you everybody, your support and involvement keep us going.

The picture was taken in my Lumia 1020 and edited in Adobe Photoshop app. This is a Brihadeeswarar Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva, located at Thanjavur in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is one of the largest temples in India and one of India's most prized architectural sites. Built by emperor Raja Raja Chola I and completed in 1010 AD,Peruvudaiyaar Temple, also popularly known as the 'Big Temple', turned 1000 years old in 2010.

Sunset Lovers

HDR is definitely not my forte and I've seen so many more amazing shots here, including milkyway's stunning 5 bracket shot of South Tyrol.

Just wanted to share this one I took one evening at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with my Nokia Lumia 1020. Saw the sun setting behind the picturesque School of Art, Design & Media and I knew HDR was the only way to get everything exposed properly. I used HDR Photo Camera (brackets of -2, 0, +1.25) and edited with HDR Photo Camera and Fhotoroom. A while later this couple entered the scene and the final scene formed in my mind. So I took a second shot with Nokia Camera and edited with Fhotoroom. I then combined the two shots with Fantasia Painter's clone tool.

I was fortunate enough to go to the World Cup in Brazil. On my free time, I got a chance to get some good views of the many favelas sitting alongside the mountain and hillsides.
