What about updates like 8.1.1 .... or even WP 9.0 for the Preview 8.1 installs?

I have Lumia 810 and have installed (and do prefer the 8.1 preview over WP8 OS). What happens when MS comes out with any other major updates to WP 8.1 ... or even WP 9.0. With the preview version, does it mean I am stuck with the 8.1 preview ... will I get the real 8.1 or the future official (non preview) releases?

This question also will help me decide if I should keep the 925 that I just ordered or return it. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you'll get upcoming updates as well. Once the actual 8.1 release happens, it will come as another update giving you the actual 8.1 and not the 8.1 Developer's Preview. So consider the DP as 8.1 lite :smile:

You'll get all the later updates pertaining to WP.

It will update to Lumia Cyan during the summer 2014. After that like any other phone.
