What are the 2520's capabilities to pair with an Android phone?

Simple question: although the 2520 is considered a Windows Phone, the user manual implies that it can connect/link/pair with another phone. The simple question is can it link with an Android phone, and what information and capabilities can it share?

I just tested this with my 2520 and my wife's Note 2 running 4.3 Jellybean.

Send and receive files. That is all. It's not going to do telephony, it doesn't even share that with my Lumia 1520...
