I've contacted them already around a month ago. Here's the exchange:

Me: May we know when your app would reach Windows Phones?

CamFind: We do plan on putting CamFind on the Windows platform as soon as we reach all funding goals!

Me: Thank you for your response. Any expected date/time frame?

CamFind: Not yet, but we'll be sure to continue to update our users via social media (Twitter, Facebook and Instragram).
