What does it mean if you get a sad smiley face and a blue screen?

[Windows Central Question]

So recently my phone has been asking me to reset it and of course I didn't want to due to the fact I didn't want to lose my pictures and songs, so I was watching pll because yanno and my phone started to reset itself so I quickly took my battery out not wanting to lose my things and when I went to put it back in and turn it on it came up with the blue screen and face. I have the llumia 360, so if anyone could help me that would be great.

Is this the Lumia 630?

Were you trying to update the OS?
Pulling the battery out during a reset will corrupt the installation.
I'm afraid you may need to reload the system using the "Windows Device Recovery Tool"
