It's already been released with the Lumia 630. The actual update is coming this month

I think it would be fair to say the expectation is "this month".

My phone is a 1520 (940) which you guys know is under AT&T releases, means that I will not expect the final release until 2015. I am wonder if I am running the 8.1 preview, does that mean I can get it early or when AT&T released the OS?

Why not just use the developer preview? After waiting a long time for 7.8 to come to my old 710, I swore I'd never wait again.
