what is "reset app" in creators update

Hi, with reset app feature we can create backup file from apps/games data ?

No, you can just erase that data if some some reason that data is hindering normal use.

We do have per-app backup/restore for apps where the dev enabled it. App reset is exactly for those cases where you don't want any user data, for example when the app configuration has become buggy. For an example, see this thread, where an elaborate workaround was found to 'reset' an app.

pls vote to my feedback for backup/restore feature for store: Feedback (PC official version 14393)

We already have backup/restore option. Go to backup and then advanced options and see list of apps that you can enable/disable. When you restore a backup all the apps will restore their data. When you delete an app and then re-install they will restore the data. If you ever installed an app from the store you will see when following the progress that at one point there is a "restoring data" process after the install.
