Best way to switch apps from old to new sd cards

I'm switching my sd cards. What is the best way? I mean I have all the app on sd card. How to copy them to new one?? Does simple copy paste in PC works???

NO, you would need to move the apps to the phone, then switch cards, then move them back to the card. IF, you leave them on card, you'll have to d/l them all over again (pointers from phone OS lost to apps)

Not sure how many apps you have but another way to do it is.
Got to Settings > backup > backup apps and settings
Replace the SD card with the new one.
Do a factory reset and use the backup during the setup.

The advantage is that you do have to manually move them.

Off topic... But do u know how to clear app cache?? Twitter app taking 200 mb alone

Harrie-s, in your last sentence I assume you mean you DO NOT have to move them? When you do a reset & restore the apps will load back onto the memory card automatically. I hope, got a big new card I want to swap to :)
