What resetting my phone then restoring did to other storage...

I'm sorry if this has been discussed in many of the multiple other storage topics. But I was around 1gb of other storage and had backed up my phone. Then did a factory reset and restored phone. And my other storage went from 1.004gb to 1.5mb. That is unbelievable.

That is very interesting. I wondering if anybody else has experienced this as well. What happens if you do this a second time or after an hour does your Other storage go down?

'Other' has finally finished eating up my 620's storage... bummer. So guess I'll have to reset at some point. How do you back up and then restore your phone as mentioned, OP?

Settings/backup. Then go to settings/about/reset phone. When its done it will ask you to restore or start fresh. Restore and your good.
