I have a GeForce GTX 1080 8gb and a 65" 4K Vizio tv that does 240Hz and I'm playing GTA5 on the highest max settings 4k and it looks stunning! don't know what FR I'm getting but it runs butter smooth. also playing Doom in the highest settings 4k and is a blast to play on a 65" TV! the Vizio tv has a special input for gaming and allows me to do 120Hz even the old GTA 4 but expansion TLAD plays in 2k and it looks nice also!

Nice!

I try to limit myself with 4K and 1440p gaming. It's beautiful but I'm alright with 1080p on my 1440p monitors.

I got a chance to use my old mans GTX Titan X (Pascal) and it throws down on any game with highest settings possible! I think his 4K Samsung TV is around 65", but it is stunning in 4K!

Doom is a must play game! It's very smooth and I could it play for hours, lol.

2K? That's interesting... I know for a fact that Doom can go up to 8K (or higher) resolution. As I seen someone try Doom in 8K.

Is your TV set @ 4K? Or is it set at a different resolution?

I'm still on 1680x1050, but I will be joining the majority at 1080p very soon. Can't wait to see the difference in graphics and in FPS, though with my specs it shouldn't be a big deal.

Have you upgraded to a 1080p monitor yet? If so, how are you liking the slight resolution change?

All my monitors are still 1680x1050 or 1920x1080, I haven't replaced my computer in 6 years but most of what I play I can still do at 1080.

Not yet, I am kind of waiting for the school to end (middle of June here where I live) but I'm close :p Still don't really like those pixels I see on my current monitor :(

Lol, nice!
Meanwhile, I hate looking at the one dead pixel my TV has.
Update us when you get the monitor!

Ok updated my display finally to 1080p, so far so good although I haven't gamed on it yet, there's clearly a noticeable difference.

Currently 1920x1080 on LG 24" screen. A nice crispy image by GTX 960 Ti.

I play most of the games on high at least, though mostly I don't have problems with Ultra settings (also thanks to still very decent i7-2600 CPU, from era when new i7 CPUs costed half the price!). But I have to say - I don't own any of the modern benchmark top titles, though I'd love to get my hands on Battlefield 1 when I have some more free time

Nice!!! The difference is there!
I miss my gaming PC though, lol. I’m traveling around the east coast of the U.S
Lol I believe you. I am going to visit my family in 2 weeks and I will try to survive with Continuum only since Continuum on my 950 works faster than my budget 2 in 1 tablet, lol :p

If alot of games dont have proper DPI scaling, at 4k the UI becomes nearly impossible to read. I'll make the switch when it becomes mainstream.

Just wondering about what the people of Windows Central game at! For me it'll be primarily 1080p on my TV because... that's all it can handle, lol. Occasionally I'll do 1440p on my two monitors, it feels smoother and looks sharp. 4K? Forget about it, lol.

Does anyone game at a different resolution? Feel free to share!

I use 8 1080s in tandem to run at 20K, ultra graphics. My electricity bill each month is massive but it's worth it for those few extra details.
