"What's New" feature in "People's" app not syncing data from Social Networks

I'm using Lumia 640XL from last 1 year and there have been no serious problems so far.

The What's New feature in the People's app used to work fine till Win 8.1 but in Windows 10 it is not showing any data from any social network under that tab.

Is this a settings issue or a bug?

I think that feature was removed - the integration with social media
