What's up with the MS Store?

MS Store took back my Lumia 920 with camera taking crappy pictures and phone losing network intermittently. I asked to get Lumia 925 instead, and they sold it to me for $200 difference. But next day I realized, that it is sold for $579 at TMo outright, came back to MS Store, and they price-matched TMo's price and refunded me the difference. I really love MS Store's customer service (can't say same about TMo's unfortunately).
