What's wrong with my Lumia 535?

what's wrong with my lumia 535?

when I use my Lumia 535 for a long or short period of time it freezes up and all of the apps on my sd card and some apps on stored on my phone stop working. I then have to take the battery out for it to restart. when it restarts it asks to scan my sd card which always fails. I've only had this phone for a year. please help me.

Hi, as your SD card keeps failing the scan then I would get that replaced first,
Also how much space do you have on the phone (both internal and SD card)?

Insert sd card in a windows pc, when prompt comes up choose to repair sd card.
If that doesn't work you might have a defective sd card.

I'm sorry, but the only solution for your problem is formating the sd card. I had the same problem, and I solved it that way. You'll lose data from sd card, so if you have a chance, upload it in a cloud.

Make sure you use mc class 10
