Whatsapp and Spotify wont finish to load

Today i discover that for some reason whatsapp and spotify wont finish to load. I am on 15215 build since it got released. tried soft reset and reinstall on spotify, but still got the loading screen and remains there. Dont tell me that i have to do a hard reset please!!!! Any other idea???

Could you check if it's just those two apps that are not working properly? I have a whole bunch of apps that suddenly won't load anymore. Soft resets and reinstalling apps didn't help.
