Whenever I plug my headphones into my lumina 635, it will crank the volume all the way or all the way down, and it won't let me change it back. It also will randomly turn on Cortana. The only way I've found to stop it is to do a hard reset, but it's only temporary, and it's been glitching for longer and longer, and has been starting to refuse to fix itself even after a hard reset. What should I do?
