When I try to sign into my Microsoft account it says I can't connect, why?

When i try to sign into my Microsoft account it says I can't connect.

I tried to set my time, I reset my phone 3 times, and I checked my connection to 4G and Wi-Fi. Someone please help me.

Check your MS account, try to log in on computer to check your password.
