When will there be Adobe lightroom and Wireless Mobile Utility (Nikon)?

i think basically the reason why people prefer to use android than windows is because of all these small apps that you can't find in windows.... i like windows phone so much but what makes me cry is i can't get these awesome apps to connect my dslr and edit my photos
