Where can I get an extended warranty for my refurb SP3?

I got a refurb SP3 back in August and want to get an extended warranty for it. From what I understand, Microsoft's warranties can only be bought within 45 days of a NEW purchase. Where can I get coverage for this refurb SP3? My current limited warranty is a 90-day warranty that expires mid-November.
