where is the windows phone 8.1 for india

microsoft india stated that windows phone 8.1 will be released to consumers by second week of july...
which is now almost at its end, so where is the update?
although i am using the 8.1 DP but I still want the final bits of the update.

and microsoft should have posted a timeline like nokia did for their earlier firmware updates, but I think MS doesn't care :angry: anymore after having acquired nokia.

BTW according to Daniel's review of the 930 today, the latest OS version from the Preview for Developers is installed on the 930 out of the box so we all have the final OS bits on our phone.

You will get it when it is released.
When did Nokia ever post a timeline for updates, never. They posted when the firmware updates were released, that's all.
You get more information about updates from Microsoft that any other smartphone platform.

Complain if it's not available NOW. Complain if they rush it and something isn't right. People can't be pleased. Get ready to wait anyway, as carriers will hold up the process even longer.
